A New Perspective on Rehabilitation at The Care Boutique
Since 1998, CommuniCare has empowered brain injury survivors and individuals withneurological impairments. Starting in Metro Detroit, our mission has always been to provide the community with skills, and support necessary for clients to reach their highest quality of life.
In 2023, we expanded to Grand Rapids with a vision to make TBI rehabilitation hands-on, community-driven, and empowering. The Care Boutique was born out of this vision.
More Than a Shop
The Care Boutique blends a retail operation with physical and cognitive rehabilitation.
