This soft shirt was designed to reassure and comfort you and those around you who may also be healing. Healing isn't linear. My hope is that it may also spark important conversations. Let's start talking about mental health with those around us, check on our friends (even the ones who seem to have everything together), and love each other well . This is a redesign of one of my oldest shirts. I wanted to update it a little bit because I think this message is as relevant as ever. It has a loose fit for a comfortable feel, and fits true to size; it is shown styled as an oversized fit in some of the photos (i love it as an oversized tee with jeans or as a super soft pajama shirt!
